Delivery, cancellation, and returns
These are the working rules until the company replaces them.
Delivery
Pieces are made in batch. The product page states the lead time. We dispatch with a carrier, an airway bill, and a tracking link on your order.
Cancellation
You may cancel from the order page while the order is placed and production has not started. A captured online payment is refunded. Once the order is in production, it cannot be cancelled here. Made-to-order furniture follows this same rule until a different company rule is confirmed.
Returns
For 7 days after delivery you may request a return for damage or the wrong item. Upload a photo of what arrived. If we accept it, the refund is paid by bank or UPI and the reference is stored on the return. The tax invoice is available only after the original transfer is verified.
